Synopsis
The very first manga-style adaptation of Godzilla, originally published as a picture story (emonogatari) in Shueisha's Omoshiro Book. Written by the original film's story scribe, Shigeru Kayama, and illustrated by Wasuke Abe, this pioneering work introduced the iconic King of the Monsters to print just as the 1954 film debuted in Japanese theaters.
